It has a golden brown skin, stores well and has better resistance to bolting than many other varieties.

Golden Gourmet has larger and better quality bulbs than Giant Yellow, with reduced likelihood of bolting.

Bulbs have golden brown skins and a good flavour, and store well into winter.
